In the long term, you should think about growing some cat-grass for Perrine. (I don't know what your pantry looks like, but wheat berries and rye berries sprout into nice tasty grass.) That way she can leave hairballs on the rug any time whe wants to. :-)

A cat off food for a day or two isn't really an issue, especially if she's drinking. Then again, maybe she's just filling up on crockets. :-) But do watch her.
