True. I should have said, "when somebody kills" instead of "if somebody killed". I'm not sure whether I should edit the entry or just leave it here in the comments.

Sure. I've heard of a woman assaulted near to death for doing something boys often do... all within a queer feminist community, while community members side with the perp and strain for PC ways to say "she asked for it". What's sad is they never even notice their own dripping misogyny... they just assume their self-appellation of "feminist" is accurate.

The lesson I got is that misogyny is such a powerful cultural groupthink, that I need to be oh so careful not to fall into it. Coz nobody's immune.
