It should be "vacuumcraft".

vacuumcraft

I'm getting an image of two things: One is a witch flying around on a vacuum instead of the standard broomstick. The other is more geeky: A spaceship a la The Explorers, but built on top of a big vacuum cleaner instead of a salvaged carnival ride seat...

I totally forget the title/author, but there was some children's book, when I was a kid, about a witch that rode a canister style vac instead of a broom. Hmmn.

On the television show, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, they used an upright. (It only appears in a couple of episodes.)

My friend Larry (WINOLJ) makes models of science-fictional spacecraft out of trash-picked vacuum cleaner parts, and takes them to SF con art shows. The first was the classic USS Enterprise.
