Don't worry. She's here with me, and is fine, if upset. I'm going to work on that.
I took the flashlight out and looked at the damage. The car's right front fender is scuffed, and the front bumper on that side's plastic is cracked. We'll look at it more in the morning to see whether it's off kilter, and I'll squiggle under to look at the bumper system for any obvious damage.
In the meantime, if anything happens, I know where the nearest hospital is, and it's <2mi away. But I don't think anything will. And I'm used to watching her fibro ebb and flow. Rest easy.
Her description of the business is spine-chilling, and horrifying in what it means some people are like, but it's okay for now.
I'm *SO* relieved that you're together! I swear that one of the nastiest elements of the fibro is the sneaky way it works, creeping in when you think everything is okay....you know.
I'm glad you're so aware of what it looks like on hir. I've never had anyone notice like that and I know it has crept up on me, ramping up slowly so that I just gradually feel worse and worse. When that happens I keep trying to slog along......unaware of passing the point at which I needed to stop. *hugs*
