Until today the only cactus I'd eaten (that I've known about) had been the green stuff that comes sliced in short strips in jars slightly too large for someone who lives alone, in the Hispanic section of the grocery store. (I've found that most useful as a pizza topping.)
Groovy, I will have to try making cactus and strawberry pizza now. Also now that the idea is on the table, cactus ice cream seems to be a natural to keep BaitCon on the bleeding edge of ice cream recipe development. ^_^
