Since I have both fibro and migraines, I can't say what causes what. I've had the same near-exhaustion collapse with nausea before and I generally "blame" the fibro. I get the weird sensations and the inability to "wake" or to move although my brain is aware.
This sounds pretty bad. Unlike you, I do caffeine ALL THE TIME and I do find it helps (a bit) with the chronic fatigue. I hate it that you're alone through all of this all the time. I'd check with the doc if I were you despite the expense. It's sure to cost less than if this is the beginning of something that winds up getting out of control.....
