In a situation like this, the doctor would MUCH rather see you and tell you it's nothing than have you come in too late for her to help you. Really.
I know it's a money issue, but if everyone who read this kicked in $5, then you'd likely have enough to cover an initial appointment and then some. If you don't have PayPal, and can't find someone local to you who does, I can collect and send you a check to reimburse you for whatever you pay out. But *do* go see a doctor, now, please?
