This is an unusually rain (or at least down the Parkway in Riverdale)One spot where we had been getting leaks and patched over a year ago is leaking now. I had just decided it was "fixed" and getting ready to nudge the spouse on the direction of re-plastering. Guess it needs another dollop or 2 of goo first.

Oh, Dearlove,
My heart goes out to you. I was afraid this would happen. I me mistrusted the work of those guys. Too casual an attitude. Something. There's casual because you're competent, and know and care about what you're doing. Then there's slap-happy and you may know but don't care. Those guys struck me as the latter. Can your mom make them fix it?
