This is an unusually rain (or at least down the Parkway in Riverdale)One spot where we had been getting leaks and patched over a year ago is leaking now. I had just decided it was "fixed" and getting ready to nudge the spouse on the direction of re-plastering. Guess it needs another dollop or 2 of goo first.
