It seems like everyone I know now uses "spoons" in exactly that same manner, based on that great essay... Even some of my Temporarily Able-Bodied friends have picked up on the parlance. :D Tomble is always scolding me about not using up all my spoons and suchlike. :) Rustin remarked that the people taping and transcribing our conversations (if they exist) would be like, "Spoons?! What the hell is he talking about?! 'I'm short on spoons,' what?!"
I've been low on spoons today, but that's partially because I used them all on Tuesday through Friday.
