How do we get copies of the CD if we can't go to the concerts?

I'm not sure whether the prelease copies are going to be reserved for at-concert sales until the main shipment comes in, or sold on the web wite right away -- we hadn't discussed that at the rehearsal where the likelihood of having a few early copies was announced. I'll ask.
