Was is real is real and not made up, for example "That is a tree" or "I hit him"

What is "truth" depends on how you define truth. If you including in truth motives and reasons then yes it is "made up". If you define it as what is and what is not then it is not "made up"

For example there is a car outside the house. That is a both a truthful and real statement. There is YOUR car outside YOUR house. That introduces the idea of ownership which unless supported by legal stuff can be "made up". If you say My new Car is outside of My old house. Then you have introduced subjective judgements that are most certainly "made up"

Let look at the Iraq war.
Real statement... Troops from the USA went to war with Iraq.
Legal Truths... The USA declared war on Iraq.
Subjective Truth... Ths USA leberated the people of Iraq. or The USA is occupying the country of Iraq.

truth = 1)Conformity to fact or actuality
2) A statement proven to be or accepted as true.
3) Sincerity; integrity.
4) Fidelity to an original or standard.

#1 is fact based and not subjective or value based.
2-4 are subjective meanings and can be value based.
