Ambuli are uncomfortable and leave no way home from the hospital, we could drive you to an ER or urgent care or just go to a drug store an pick up first aid supplies if you need something. (I can also check the back of my med cabinet and see if I find anything there.)
Also if my kid wasn't here, I'd really curse out the cowards who thought that 4 to 8 on one was fair odd for a fight they picked.
