I'd be surprised if you recall/recognize me, we haven't seen each other in at least 10 years. You might not have known me by any name other than 'phred'.

I heard about what happened from still_asking, and I wanted to say 'hi' and, well, let you know how much I think it stinks, and make that vague sort of 'is there anything we can do' kind of offer.
