Old observation that I keep forgetting to ask about: I've noticed that on days when I'm fighting a headache, my head hurts more when my bladder is full than when it's empty. Is this the case for anyone else? Is this one of those normal things nobody ever pays enough attention to to mention?
(Jokes about where I keep my brain, as well as jokes about the ambiguous antecedent for "it's" in the preceeding paragraph, will be acknowledged with no more than a dismissive handwave unless they're unusually clever. If inclined to be a brat, take this as a challenge.)

1. Just your imagination (Not bloody likely since you strike me as someone who pays good attention to what your body is telling you. Just mentioning it because sometimes I'm a stickler for "exploring all the possibilities". ; )
2. Full Bladder = higher pressure in the abdominal/chest area = more pressure on major blood vessels = blood pressure goes slightly up (also in the intra-cranial area) = head hurts more.
Hope that was helpful and I also hope your headache gets better. : )

When your bladder is full, it's a pretty good sign of being fully hydrated, which means that all your blood vessels (in particular the ones in your head) are all nice and full. Caffeine often eases people's headaches because it dilates your blood vessels slightly, relieving the pressure.

It does seem I'm not alone, anyhow ...
