Well, it might be one of two things:

1. Just your imagination (Not bloody likely since you strike me as someone who pays good attention to what your body is telling you. Just mentioning it because sometimes I'm a stickler for "exploring all the possibilities". ; )

2. Full Bladder = higher pressure in the abdominal/chest area = more pressure on major blood vessels = blood pressure goes slightly up (also in the intra-cranial area) = head hurts more.

Thirding the vote for #2.

When your bladder is full, it's a pretty good sign of being fully hydrated, which means that all your blood vessels (in particular the ones in your head) are all nice and full. Caffeine often eases people's headaches because it dilates your blood vessels slightly, relieving the pressure.
