Well, if American laws are partly based on the Communist Manifesto, it stands to reason that there needs to be a ten metre engraved monument to it in front of every courthouse in the country lest people forget. Engrave it with, say, the ten first sentences of the Manifesto. Seems like the obvious thing to do.:)
