Er ... there are not-hot-at-all Ethiopian dishes, at least to within my sensitivity, but they're still heavily spiced (just not with the hot spices). So I'm not sure whether the mild lamb stew would work for you or not. There's a potato dish that might, but I'm not sure ... the collard greens and the salad should be fine, but as nice as those are as sides, that's not a thrilling meal. Let me see whether I can arrange another peek at the menu before next week for more ideas.
